Accreditation — application and maintenance
Accreditation is issued where an entity meets posted participation standards and maintains required disclosures. It has not been determined that accredited entities are superior to non-accredited entities. A letter grade is computed separately under the published rubric.
Request for participation packet (demonstration)
Entities seeking accreditation may request a participation packet. The packet contains required forms, fee schedule, and maintenance obligations. Submissions are reviewed in the order received. No outcome is implied by submission.
